The ProJet™ CPX 3000 3-D Production System uses 3D Systems’ patented and proprietary Multi-Jet Modeling (MJM) technology combined with new VisiJet® CPX200 wax build Material and new VisiJet® S200 dissolvable wax support Material to produce 100% RealWax™ patterns that are designed to perform like injected wax patterns in lost-wax casting processes.
These RealWax™ patterns can be used for direct investment casting applications using standard investment materials and casting procedures. It is ideal for producing wax patterns for jewelry, apparel, medical instruments and devices, mechanical parts, figurines, replicas, collectables and more.

3D Systems 3-D Printer Projet CPX 3000 The Projet CPX 3000 produces 3D prints in "RealWax" making ideal for high definition applications such as jewellery manufacturing and small investment casting/lost wax applications. The machine offers dual mode High Definition (approx 25 layers per mm) and Ultra High Definition (approx 47 layers per mm) also with stacking options, giving users added flexibility for setting optimimum perfomance for each application.
The price quoted includes the first 12 months warranty parts cover with 2 service visits, delivery to your UK address together with installation and basic training over 2 days maximum. Extra training can be provided at £850 per day, this can cover all aspects of 3D printing and STL CAD file preperation. This package does not include the supply of Materialise Magics STL file checker, although this can be supplied for an additional £4860.
